A 0-4-0WT “Berlin” being cosmetically restored at a workshop near Witney, Oxfordshire. This locomotive was originally at Penlee quarry, Newlyn, Cornwall, and possibly called “Penryn” it was then renamed “Berlin” by its new owners and is now on static display at the Leighton Buzzard Light Railway. Its odd but when I first saw this engine I for some reason believed it was an Orenstein and Koppel built locomotive, but it is listed as being built by Freudenstein.
